Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
International Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.
Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking. Once shipped, you can track your package via the link in your shipping confirmation email or by logging into your account.

Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags must be attached
- Items must be free from pet hair, deodorant, and makeup
- Swimwear and underwear are final sale for hygiene reasons
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
How to Start a Return
- Log into your account and go to Order History
- Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
- Click "Start Return" and select your items
- Print the prepaid return label (Australia only)
- Pack your items securely and attach the label
- Drop off at any Australia Post location
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? Start a return for your original item and place a new order for the replacement. This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
